Andy is a Partner at HBSE Ventures.

Prior to joining HBSE Ventures, Andy was a partner at New Amsterdam Growth Capital, a New York based growth equity fund focused on technology enabled businesses. Andy joined NAGC at its launch in 2013 and made investments in a range of industries including software, consumer products & technology, communications infrastructure, live entertainment, and commercial real estate.

Prior to joining NAGC, Andy was an investment analyst at J.P. Morgan and Boodell & Co., a long/short equity hedge fund.

Andy graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Commerce. At UVA, he was an Echols Scholar, president of the Consulting Group of McIntire and of Phi Society, and a co-founder of the Lose the Shoes soccer tournament fundraiser.
